May I Buy Coolpad Mobiles ? No


During Warranty period who is responsible to offer services to their Customers ? your answer is The Company whose product purchase by Customers, Right ?

But with Coolpad mobiles it look like Different they just believe in Sale number products with number of models launching every day / week or month and no services support during warranty period even they say you will get 12 Month warranty with your purchase mobiles. yeah Directly they not answer you Sorry we not offering services during warranty period but by taking 2-3 month with careless answer what they want to say us any one can easily understand. Yes or No?

On their Facebook Page CoolpadIndia if you look at Customer who raise complain again their services during warranty period than you should easily mark from 10 people 9 are saying it is already more than 1 month and still answer is you have to wait for more 8-10 Days. is this right support offer by Coolpad India during warranty period ?
Coolpad has also Toll Free Customer Care number 1800-1027-159 But once you contact them to know status of your Job-sheet than answer is your requested part is not available and according to status showing us in System you have to wait for more 7-10 Days. and on request to know exact date or time duration that they need to return our Mobiles in working mode than they answer like they doing obligation on us as you have to send email on customercare@coolpadindia.com we have no idea and this number not related to Services During Warranty periods. :( More Good luck with Coolpad customer is Email support team most of time not reply Customer complain related mail or even reply than it already after 15-20 Days. Is there any meaning of it ?

Where Coolpad Customer write their Complain During Warranty Periods ?

According my personal experience with Coolpad Mobiles Services No one ready to listen their Customer complain or issue. On FB page you can see answer by FB Page Moderator team again Customer complain most of time same answer like i forwarded your Query to our technical / escalation team they looking on it and get back to you but after all dont aspect any one Contact you from Coolpad again your register complain.
At last, I recommended Don't Buy Foolpad sorry Coolpad India mobiles if you aspect Good Services and Support during warranty period. Must go with other Good Brand Mobiles whose Services Feedback reviews good and not taking 2-3 month time like it taken by Coolpad even issue is not any major.

Coolpad Worst Services During Warranty Period

Dear Friends

If you are interested and looking to buy Coolpad India any products than im sure on web you already search for that particular product reviews and you may get all reviews excellent. But have you check reviews feedback again their services and support during warranty period that they need to offer their customer ? If not, than must must check services support feedback by Coolpad during warranty period and save your self by becoming customer of one of worst services provider company that is Coolpad India.

Why I writing here About Coolpad Services and Support

One and only reason is im victim of Coolpad worst services. 1st time i purchase i Coolpad Note 3 lite mobile phone and my problem started. within 15 days mobile not getting charge even i put in charge for 5-6 hours. i visited Redmox services center which is 25Km away from my residence. they said come next days we can say something after format device either it solve or you need to submit phone in service center. On Next day Service center person say issue in Charger socket so you need to submit and it will take around 15 Days. after 17 Days i visited again and i socked.. Now they said Charge issue solved but Display fail during our work on charging issue so we need to keep it more 15 days. again after next 15 days i visited redmox service center. answer is not yet receive part. after 2 month my mobile get back to me and i was happy as at last after 2 month it is ok. but i dont know my problem is over. on evening when i insert SIM and calling friend i see i cant hear voice.

Again visited Service center and they said issue in speaker so you need to submit your mobile. the Date of Submitted Job 13 July 2016 and Today it completed 3 Month 8 Days but not getting any confirm answer as when i get back. During this time period i call number of times on Coolpad Customer Support number 1800 102 7159 send email on customercare@coolpadindia.com and also requested status on Coolpad India Facebook page. All time they just say you have to wait for more 10 Days. On initial 2 month they said again your jobsheet request part Speaker not available. and from last 1 month answer getting is now Part available and in process of deliver to Services center. i cant believe we living in 21th century.

It's really amazing in Coolpad services they launches new model and devices every month, week and day but they have no part and even it not available or not shipped to Service Center. also during contact Coolpad Customer Support i observe it look like Persons who sit in support division tired by listening customer complain. just saying wait for 10 days. we have no more information. what system showing us that we saying you. no respect or professionalism we can feel during talk with them. in more request they say send mail on customercare@coolpadindia.com and you will get reply within 48 hours but their 48 hours never over, sometime get reply again email after next 15 days or 20 days or sometime not any reply. last time i talk over call 18 Oct and they said i forwarded your request to senior person and they will contact you by calling on your register mobile number withing next 48 hours, it already completed 3 days and not getting any call or replay again my email. :(
